This a Set of Factory Western Battery Adapters # 22381W.

These allow you to connect battery cables to your battery which otherwise would not fit over the terminals. Two come in each pack and installation instructions are included. These are not a snow plow specific item, they can be used for anything where you need to add a battery cable to your side post battery.
