This is a 1"x6"x102" SnowEx Rubber Cutting Edge Part #84532 to fit 8'6" HD plows. Also fits Blizzard 8600HD, Snowex 8600HD,and the Western 8.5 Pro Plus. 

The SnowEx Rubber Cutting Edge is made of resilient rubber compounds that allow for longer life. These rubber edges adjust to road surface irregularities without gouging and quickly remove all types of snow. The rubber edges also protect decorative concrete, parking deck membranes and other delicate surfaces. Rubber cutting edges are a great choice when dealing with slushy pavement.

This cutting edge goes by these part numbers: #84532 & Hardware #52568.

Bolting bar #54548 is available (not included). Most people use the old cutting edge as the bar.
