This is the Western 51037 / F51056 Command Console Spreader Control.

It works with the Western Tornado LT & Western UTV spreader.

Other than the name on it this is also the exact same part as the Fisher 51073, Blizzard 51033 and Snowex D6527.  

It gives you control over the auger, spinner and vibrator and has digital number displays

It measures 7" x 7" x 2" and weighs approximately 3 lbs.
