The bolt kit for the Wrangler is not available from Western anymore. 

This listing is for the 5 special pieces needed to install the Unimount #63250 Model 3715 on a 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler. You get 2x Tube Nuts 63254, 2x Tube Spacer 63255 and 1x Tube Spacer 63256. They are # 6, 7, and 8 in the picture below.
