Here is a new 1.5x10" aftermarket cylinder for Meyer plows. The Meyer part #s were 07968 , 07620 and 05877, SAM called it 1304006 and our # is SA11. This is the newer style with the cross drilled rear tank so that you can put the hose where you want. This also has the newer SAE thread, not the pipe so if you have a normal pipe thread hose you need an adapter. These were mainly used on the later Meyer plows including Xpress, Drive Pro, and Lot Pro blades was well as some others.Â
These are often all pitted up and at that point they should be replaced, those pits take in water and will cause freeze up in the pump. So get a new set on there and flush all the fluid out.Â
Meyer has has a few cylinders so make sure this is what you need.
This is a 1.5x10" angling cylinder, the 1.5" is telling you the size of the rod and the the 10" is giving you the movement.
It would be the difference between fully open 27.5" and full closed 17.5" = 10".
These have a 5/8" hole in either end and the tank end is cross drilled.
The port is an SAE oring style fitting.
The yellow tank alone measures 15" or 10" from weld to weld.
