This is the inner cylinder for many of the Meyer H pumps. These get pitted and rip up the packing cup. If yours is not perfectly smooth in side replace it. The Meyer part # is 15205. The H pumps are 2" taller than standard they are used on Diamond plows, Meyer MDII and Plus mounts.

If you have a non H model pump, that is a 6" stroke and you would need part # 15207.
The inside diameter is 1-3/4" and the length is 9-3/16"
This ram was used in these pumps: E-47H, E-46H, E-45H, U13H, E60H, E-57H, E-58H, E-50H, V-66, E61H, E68, E78 and E88.
