A New Genuine Meyer 15950 Drop Speed Adjuster. You get the kit in the picture. This is located in the side of the valve body to adjust the speed of the plow going down. This is Factory Meyer, not aftermarket. These are in the valve block of the E-58H, E-61H, E-68 Xpress, E-88 Xpress, E-78 and V-68. It is #81 in the picture below.
