The Truck Side Light Wiring Kit for trucks 03-09 Chevy and GMC C4500/ C5500. The part # on this kit is 27890.

We have all the others available, too. You get the 4-port module 26400, 26357 truck side 11-pin light harness, light harness 27886 & 27885 and parts bag 26395, 64128. 

If you are just swapping trucks, you probably only need the light harness and not the complete kit. But if you need a module too, the kit is the best deal. This is the same for Fisher and Western. This is the 4-port isolation module and the 3-plug set up.

Western went from relay wiring, to 4-port wiring, to 3-port wiring and now Multiplex wiring. We have all of these options available. We will also trade in your old wiring.

We recommend getting a tube of dielectric grease to protect these plugs.
