These are the Headlight Extension Brackets #28330 for a conversion, if you have an older Minute Mount plow that only has one hole for the light post and you want to install the new brighter Fisher Intensifire lights. Fisher Intensifire plow lights are part #28800-1 and #38800.

These are the new dual post lights with the 11-pin harness for a truck with 3-plug wiring.
