The Truck Side Light Wiring Harness Part #28924. Used only for Chevy Trailblazer and GMC Envoy trucks with HB-3 & HB-4 Headlights.

Note: this is for 3-port modules only. If you need the kit, that is part #29052. This is used on some Western, Fisher, Blizzard and SnowEx plows.
