A 30259 Blizzard Power Hitch 2 Plow Mount. This fits 2005-2007 Ford Super Duty F250, F350, F450 and F550.
This comes with Passenger Side Mount 64656, Driver Side Mount 64655, 2x Bumper Brackets 64670, 2x Sway Bar Spacers 64671, Cross Bar 67696, 2x Short Adapter Plates, 6x Handle Bolts 22314 and Bolt Kit 41136.
This is the same mount as a Western / SnowEx 33259, just with the added adapter plates.
