A New Western Attachment Plate # 40279. This is the drop plate that bolts to the side, there are short and tall to adjust the height of the adapter. This is one of the tall ones. If you need the shorter attachment plate, that is part # 40278.
This plate is part of Western conversion kit # 27170. The kit enables you to mount an Ultramount snowplow to your vehicle without having to replace the old Unimount attachment system.
