This is the Western Plunger and upper spring assembly (Part # 48523) for the Ultramount plows (#73 in the picture below). These are the same for both sides. If you need the lower shoe, that is #67847.

Old part #67682 and it came without the spring, The spring alone is #67637. Part #48523 only has the larger spring, if you need the smaller spring that is below the handle, that is #67636.

This does not come with the roll pin 67635.
