64500 Western Ultramount, SnowEx 2004-2008 Ford F150 Truck 3239 Plow Mount

A new #3239 or # 64500 Western Ultramount for a 2004-2008 Ford F150. This is also a SnowEx mount for the RD plows. With this kit you get Passenger Side Mount 64237, Driver Side Mount 64236, 4x Handle Bolts 22314 and Bolt Bag 40779.  If you have a Unimount plow, you can add this conversion kit. Great to use with the Ultramount or the Unimount. If you don't see what you are looking for listed, let us know. This does not come with the receivers. Add them, if needed. If you do not have the receivers, you will also need those. 

This mount is the same as a Blizzard 31500.

Western had both 3 and 4-port isolation module wiring. They use different adapters. The 2004 F150 has H13 headlights and you would need the adapters below if you do not already have them.

For 3-port wiring, you need kit 29049 or just light harness 28986.

For 4-port module, you need kit 28400 or just light harness 28242 and 28244.
