A New 90° Elbow 9/16" double male. This is the O Ring Style JIC 6M .

This elbow has several part #s: Western 56615, 56615-1, 56590, Fisher 56725, Blizzard B60005, Snowex 40571, & Snoway 96100001.

One end is flared to go into the hose, the other end has the o-ring with nut and washer and would mate up to the pump or cylinder of the plow.
