Western / Fisher Chute Extension Kit # 99139.

This is only for the electric spreaders. 

This is the mid section of the chute, it is only used for the extension chute so, if you have a short chute you can use this to make it long. If you backed into something this is often the part that takes the damage. 

This includes the chute motor cover 99207.
