Here is a New Blizzard Adjustable Flow Control Valve FC1 Blizzard B60169 for use as snowplow drop speed adjustment.

Clockwise – Decrease Snowplow Drop Speed 
Counterclockwise – Increase Snowplow Drop Speed

The stem is 1-1/8" tall, overall the valve is 2-5/8" long.
