This seal kit is for the Early Blizzard 810PP and 810SW plows. It is for the early wing cylinders # 60090 / B60090. 

This is for the older 99-01 Blizzard plow that had a seperate cylinder to push the wing forward. 

We also sell the whole cylinder assembly if you need to replace everything.
