B62223 Blizzard HB3/HB4 Headlight Adapter Power Hitch 88-98 / 03-06 Chevy

A Headlight Adapter B62223 for a Blizzard Power Hitch Plow. This is NOT for a Power Hitch 2.

This is for Chevy and GMC vehicles 88-98 with HB3/HB4 and the 03-06 Chevy trucks.  

There were two styles of adapters and they need to match the harness you have. The picture labeled old and new is what you can use as a reference. This one is the new style known as the H13 plug on the harness end. This plugs into the 62212 harness.

If you have a harness that has the round 5 pin plug, then you need to use part # 62013.

*NOTE: Suburbans and Blazers do not follow the same lines as the trucks. Make sure this is the adapter your vehicle calls for before purchasing it.
