B62226 Blizzard HB1/HB5 Dodge Dakota Ram Sport Pickup Quad Headlight Adapter

Blizzard Headlight Adapter Kit # B62226. 

This adapter will work with a 97-03 Dakota Sport Pickup, a 99-01 1500 Ram Sport, a 99-02 2500 Ram Sport and a 99-02 3500 Ram Sport.

The Sport trucks have Quad headlights, 2 on each side, one is an HB1 the other is an HB5. This adapter has an H13 plug on one end and the HB1/HB5 plugs on the other so, this would work on other plows if you have an H13 harness to plug it into.

This is for the later style of the early Power Hitch 1 Blizzard plows. If you look at the image above labeled old and new style, it will show you the difference. If you need the early style that would be part # B62050.
