HB1 & HB5 Headlight Adapter Bulb # H9004, H9007

This is only for the Sport trucks with Quad headlights. 

This adapter set is for an 97-03 Dakota Sport, a 99-01 1500 Ram Sport, a 99-02 2500 Ram Sport and a 99-02 3500 Ram Sport.

This is used on several different plows.

There were two styles of Blizzard adapters and they need to match the harness you have. These are for a Power Hitch 1 only. The picture labeled old and new is what you can use as a reference for the Blizzard. If you have the newer style Blizzard, you will need harness # B62226.
