Blizzard Headlight Adapter # B62230.

If you are installing a snow plow on a Trailblazer or Envoy EXT LS, EXT LT, LS, LT with HB3/HB7 headlights, this is the adapter you may need.

Blizzard had an old and a new style, this is the new version not the old round version.  The picture labeled old and new is what you can use as a reference. These are for a Power Hitch 1 only.
