This is the inner cylinder for many of the Meyer pumps. These get pitted and rip up the packing cup. If yours is not perfectly smooth inside, replace it. This is Meyer part #15207. This is for the regular height pumps not the H.

The H pumps are 2" taller than standard, they are used on Diamond plows, Meyer MDII and Plus mounts. If you have those you will need part #15205.
