05437 New Genuine Meyer 1.5x12 Power Angling Cylinder Commercial Blade

A New Genuine Meyer 1.5x12" Cylinder for a Meyer plow, part #05437. These were pulled out of new pump kits, so they do have fluid in them and some scratches in the paint, but they are new - never installed. These were used on most C (commercial) blades. We also have 1.5x10 and 2x12 cylinders.

These have the hose port in the side of the cylinder. These are often all pitted and at that point they should be replaced, as those pits take in water and will cause freeze up in the pump. So get a new set on there and flush all the fluid out. We have the hoses listed here for the swap.

Make sure you get a new bolt kit for these cylinders, which are listed in Related Products.

Meyer has a few cylinders so please make sure this is what you need.

The measuring system is often misunderstood. This is a 1.5x12" angling cylinder. The 1.5" is telling you the size of the rod, then the 12" is giving you the movement. So it would be the difference between full open (31.5") and full closed (19.5") = 12" movement. ( If you measure center to center of the bolt holes it is 18" fully closed.)

These have a 5/8" hole in either end of them.

There is a port in the side for a 1/4 pipe thread for the hose.
