New Meyer 1.5x12 Power Angling Cylinder 05437 Aftermarket

Here is a new 1.5x12" Aftermarket Cylinder for a Meyer plow. These were used on most C (commercial) blades. These have a 5/8" hole in either end and there is a port in the top for a 1/4 pipe thread for the hose.

These are often all pitted and at that point they should be replaced. Those pits take in water and will cause freeze up in the pump. So get a new set on there and flush all the fluid out. We have the hoses listed here for the swap. Meyer has has a few cylinders, so make sure this is what you need. This style has been used since the late 70's.

There are also options like side holes and cross-drilled bolt holes that we have available. We also have 1.5x10 and 2x12 cylinders.

The measuring system is often misunderstood. This is a 1.5x12" angling cylinder. The 1.5" is telling you the size of the rod. Then the 12" is giving you the movement (the difference between full open 31.5" and full closed 19.5" = 12".) In the photos, we have a tape measure laying next to it so you can check yours. (If you measure center to center of the bolt holes it is 18" fully closed.)
