Here is a new 1.5x10" Aftermarket Cylinder for a Meyer plow. These were used on ST, STP, TM, TMP and some versions of the C blades. These have a 5/8" hole in either end. There is a port in the top for a 1/4 pipe thread for the hose. There are also options like side holes and cross-drilled bolt holes that we have available. These are often all pitted up and at that point they should be replaced. Those pits take in water and will cause freeze-up in the pump. So get a new set on there and flush all the fluid out. We have the hoses listed here for the swap.
Meyer has has a few cylinders, so make sure this is what you need. This is the most common of all the cylinders they ever had. This style has been used since the late 70's.
The measuring system is often misunderstood. This is a 1.5x10" angling cylinder. The 1.5" is telling you the size of the rod and then the 10" is giving you the movement (the difference between full open 28"Â and full closed 18" = 10".)Â In the photos, the tape measure is laying next to it so you can check yours.
