05752SP Genuine Meyer ORING 2x12 Power Angling Cylinder *Oring fitting*

This is the newer 05752SP version with an oring fitting we also have the original pipe thread cylinders 05752.

This is a new Genuine Meyer 2x12" Power Angling Cylinder for a Meyer plow. These are the heavy duty ones used on the Meyer Lot Pro HD plows and some Road Pro plows. 

Old cylinders are often pitted and at that point they should be replaced, as those pits take in water and will cause freeze-up in the pump. Get a new set on there and flush all the fluid out. We have the hoses listed here for the swap. 

Meyer has a few cylinders, so make sure this is what you need. This style has been used since the late 70's but the fitting type has changed.

The measuring system is often misunderstood. This is a 2x12" angling cylinder. The 2" is telling you the size of the rod, and then the 12" is giving you the movement. So it would be the difference between full open (31.5") and full closed (19.5") or 12" movement. These have a 5/8" hole in either end of them. There is a port on the side for an orning fitting most commonly elbow 22866.  (If you measeure center to center of the bolt holes it is 18" fully closed.)

Meyer used the part # 07572SP. They also sold them with hoses and couplers using parts #'s 07720 and 07721.
