This is the 28594 (also known as 42417) 3/8" Cutting Edge for a Western HTS, Midweight, Snowex and Blizzard 7'6" straight blade plows 7600LT / 7600RD.
This is also the same as the 7'6" Pro Plus and Wide-Out plows, but they use the 1/2" thickness # 64775. This one is 3/8", but will fit the same hole pattern. It is made of abrasion resistant steel and the 3/8" cutting edge adds surface area to your blade giving it a longer life and less wear and tear.
This edge comes in 5/16" (69505 / 69499 / 84455), 3/8" (28594 / 42417) and 1/2" (64775 / 40695).

Make sure yours matches this. There are 10 bolt holes 1-1/4" down from the top. From the end over, they measure at 2.5", 5.5", 12.5", 25.5" .....
