This is a New Genuine Western Heavy Duty Lift Cylinder, part # 43149.
Because of a bad split ring design made between the July 1st 2019 and later this cylinder was discontinued and replaced with part # 43149-1.
This is a New Genuine Western Heavy Duty Lift Cylinder. This is the cylinder used on the new Western MVP3 and the Pro plus HD plows. It is considered a 1-3/4x8" cylinder used on all the MVP 3 V plows (part # 43149.) It uses the O-ring style fittings. There is a port on the side in line with the pin hole.
This could be used to upgrade the standard lift on other plows as well.
This is a low friction cylinder. They do not use a compression packing, but an O-ring sealed nut.
This has 3/4" holes for the pins. Center to center closed on the pin holes is 15 1/4".
The tank is 14.5" from end to end including the nut.
The chrome rod is 1.75" across.
If you need the part to fix yours the split ring is 43134 and the gland nut is 43135.
