This is part # 68206. It is a spacer that is used on a number of different plow mounts (these are often missing), please see below for a list of mounts that use this. This is for a 2008-2016 Ford Super Duty F250, F350, F450 and F550. If you have a used mount the mount uses two and this listing is only for one. It is #6 in the diagram below.
