Truck Side Plug-In Wiring Kit # 69889-1. This is an updated version of the 69889.

This is for 3-port modules only and on some but not all 2015-2020 Ford F150 trucks. It is used with both the HB3/H11 lights and the LED headlights . Use the power match below to look up your truck and make sure this is the kit you need. Some of these trucks often need an additional adapter added as well.

You get 11-pin light harness with relays # 69793-1, plug-in light harness # 69888 and the 10-pin harness w/ soft-start module # 76272. If you are swapping trucks, you may only need the light harness. We have that listed separately. We have all the others kits available, too.
