New Meyer A Coil (part # 15392) with the 3/8 Stem.
This is the last of these. Meyer no longer sells this and will make you update the valve once these are gone.
A New Genuine Meyer A Coil. Meyer made two sizes of this A coil, so make sure it is the one you need. This is for the early style that uses a brass nut that fits a 3/8" wrench. This is the coil that drops the plow. When you put 12 volts to this small black wire, it will magnetize the coil, opening the valve and causing the plow to drop. You can test these with something metal. When it has 12 volts and ground, it should be magnetized.
If the wires are brittle, replace them because you do not want them breaking off in a snow storm. The part # on this coil is 15392. If you have the larger one, you need part # 15659. This slides onto the A valve 15393. Or else, you can buy them in an assembly (part # 15356). This coil is found on these pumps: E45, E46, E47, E47H, E57, E57H, E50, E60, E60H and E48.
