A Headlight Adapter for a vehicle with the H13 headlights H9008. Many 04+ Ford Trucks and 04+ Dodge trucks.

Sno-Kink SK6151. 

There were two styles of Blizzard adapters and they need to match the harness you have. These are for a Power Hitch 1 only. The picture labeled old and new is what you can use as a reference. If you have the newer style Blizzard harness, it already has the H13 plug on it.
