This is the inner cylinder for many of the Meyer H pumps part #15205. These get pitted and rip up the packing cup. If yours is not perfectly smooth inside, replace it. The Meyer is part #15205. The H pumps are 2" taller than standard. They are used on Diamond plows, Meyer MDII and Plus mounts.
