One single side of the Blizzard 40515. This is the short height adjuster plate for the Power Hitch 2 plows. These bolt to the side of the adapter to lower it down. Each plow needs 2 so you will have to buy 2 if you need them.
These also go by 40539 & 40781. They also had a kit, part # of 72128.
There is also a tall one that goes by 40514 and 40540 or kit 72129.
To decide which mount adapter kit you need, park your vehicle on level ground and measure from the ground to the center of the hole on the U bracket side plate. If the height is 14 1/2" or less, you do not need to adjust the height of your mount. However, if the height is 14 1/4" to 16", then you should install the short height adjustment adapter 72128.
If the measurement is 16" to 17 1/4", then you will need the alternative tall height adapter kit which is 72129.
