A New Mount for both the SnowEx plows and the Western Ultramount (part #69981). This kit is for the "ALL NEW" 2011-2019 Chevy GMC 2500 and 3500. This is just what you see in the picture: the Driver's side mount 41512, Passenger's side mount 41513, Driver's side rear bracket 41473, and Passenger's side rear bracket 41474, bolt bag 41489 and four bolt bars 21590. If you have a Unimount, you can also use this mount with the 27170 Unimount adapter.

This is the same mount as a Blizzard 69982 (the Blizzard mount gives you the Drop plates)

Stork’s prices are awesome and shipping was very fast. Only reason for 4 stars is that bottom hole for tow hook bolt was 1/2 hole off on both sides. I corrected and fit was then perfect.

Might be Chevy's fault in not anticipating owner's plow needs (even though truck has a "plow package") but installation requires drilling into the frame and cutting away parts of the bumper. Not a simple hang and bolt down. Kit includes everything you need (could always use more washers). Glad I didn't buy a used one without directions/hardware.
