This will not work on a WideOut. This is for a V plow only.

This is a new Aftermarket Control to replace the Western #96500 /35500 handheld control for the new MVP Plus & MVP3 V Plows.

This has the square white plug with only 4 pins (used only on the newer plows). If you have the early MVP plow, this will not work (they use the 10-pin round plug that is #96462). The 4-pin control only works on the newer Multiplex plows. Please make sure this is the plug you need. This comes with the dash mounting bracket. We have many other controllers, if this is not the one you are looking for. Also replaces #96400 and #96600.

Control plugs directly into your existing harness, NO adapter required, just Plug-N-Plow.

Please make sure the connector matches your connector before ordering.

The plow blade will coast to a Soft Stop (left or right) resulting in smoother operation and decreased wear on the plow's hydraulic system.

Express Up/Down Feature

On/Off switch can be used as an Emergency Stop when required.

Illuminated keypad on control for night time plowing

All control functions will time out (shut-off) after a period of time. This helps reduce wear on the pump motor and prevents unnecessary battery drain, Up-button times out after 2.6 seconds, while left and right functions time out after 3 seconds.

I bought this as an upgrade to my MVP 3. I have used it twice so far and am very happy with the controller. The double touch raise and drop feature is awesome, the layout is better then the factory control. I also like the soft stop that is pre programmed into the control.

Just purchased this remote and tried it out. Very cool backlight. Fits in hand and is very comfortable. The button layout is a little different the the original but I actually prefer it over stock. I hope it lasts a few seasons because I use it a lot commercially. So far very happy!

(or not) But with the new controller, the plow definitely operates smoother. And the larger buttons are a big plus, I can now even operate the plow with gloves on.

I would highly recommend this product. It is better than the original handheld. Can be programmed easily and now when hit down and it automatically drops all the way, no holding no double tap. It has worked great, recommend you purchase this for the price compared to the OEM pricing.
